Hints for Good Pies

The pie book and the Valentine pie were just showing you how crazy my food can be. Here are some hints for good pies: If your making pies with fancy covers on the pies or plain ones this is what you do. Make the dough, (twice as much) put as much that fits in the pan. (there should be some leftover.) Put the filling in the pan with the dough in it. Then, use the leftover dough to make the plain or fancy cover on top of the fillings. Next, design the cover or not. If you do, it does not have to be perfect. After that put the almost done pie in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. When it beeps your Done! (P.S. add any topping on your pie.) More hints for pies with no tops: Start out by making the dough (just as much to fit the pan.) Then, put the dough in the pan and decorate the edges. Put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Take the crust in the pan out of the oven. Pour the filling in. Next, if you want to, decorate the top with anything you want. Done!
